PS 260 is a creative editorial and post-production space that provides award-winning work for films and commercials across all viewable platforms. Some of our client roster includes: YouTube, Smirnoff, American Express, Neutrogena, Facebook, New Balance, and more. We have offices in New York, NY, Venice, CA and Boston, MA.

Our current opening is based out of New York, NY. We are currently operating under a hybrid model - remote work + in-office on an as-needed basis.

​

The Junior Post Producer’s job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

​

• managing schedules, resources, and workflow for Editors and Asst Editors

• tracking the post production workflow of each job to ensure timelines are met within approved budgets, avoiding potential delays or overages

• assist in overseeing a job through from inception to final delivery

• putting time on hold with color, audio, and finishing facilities and negotiating rates if needed

• helping estimate and bid work

• creating reels showcasing our relevant body of work

Qualifications:

​

• savvy knowledge of Mac system

• multitasking abilities

• strong communication and organization skills

• 1-2 years experience in advertising or film production and an understanding of the workflows.

​

A big plus: experience with commercial project management and production process whether it be in the editing, color correct, audio, or visual effects capacity.
